The Nigeria Population Commission (NPC) is training staff on E-Recruitment for the 2023 pilot census. The training is designed to teach participants the concept and procedures for the e-recruitment exercise, ensuring that guidelines and standards are followed in the recruitment of functionaries for the pilot census.
The authority of the Nigeria Population Commission (NPC) has approved a total of 786,741 functionaries to be trained and deployed for the 2023 Census across the state, consisting of: enumerators, supervisors, data quality assistants, field coordinators, data quality managers, training centre administrators, and LGA level facilitators.

Enumerators, supervisors, field coordinators, data quality assistants, and data quality managers will all receive training as part of the staged process that began with the training of the Census Specialised Workforce (CSW) and facilitators. The training consists of independent study, monitored online training with simulated hands-on exercises, and live classroom and hands-on training sessions.

If the status is “pending,” then print the page, go along with the slip to the training centre, and submit it to the person in charge for approval.
