New gaming monitors 2020: AOC announces 5 new gaming monitors with a 240 Hz refresh rate
With the gaming sector on the rise, AOC, a company specialized in the production of monitors, also wanted to offer devices to meet the needs of gamers and all fans of the game.
AOC has, in fact, announced the launch of five new Full HD monitors, three curved models (C27G2ZU, C27G2ZE and C32G2ZE) and two flat models (24G2ZU, 24G2ZE), dedicated precisely to the world of gaming.

The new monitors vary in size from 23.8 ″ (60.4 cm) and 27 ″ (68.6 cm) up to 31.5 ”(80 cm) and are characterized by very high-level technical specifications, starting with the 240 Hz refresh rate and FreeSync Premium with LFC (Low Framerate Compensation) support, which guarantees extremely smooth game images, without any interruption.

The choice to focus on e-sports is not by chance.
In fact, according to the latest analyzes provided by Newzoo, revenues on a global scale in this sector will reach 1.1 billion in 2020, with an audience that will touch the 500 million people.
With e-sports now increasingly “mainstream”, players keen to equip themselves with tools that can guarantee a decidedly competitive level are increasing.
For this reason,
AOC has created the new curved monitors for competition gaming from 27 ” and 31.5 “, namely the models C27G2ZU, C27G2ZE and C32G2ZE, equipped with VA panels, with wide viewing angles of 178/178 °, an excellent 3000: 1 contrast ratio and a colour gamut of 120% sRGB, 89% AdobeRGB and 85% NTSC. The 23.8 ” variants, with the 24G2ZU and 24G2ZE models, are equipped with TN panels, with AMD FreeSync Premium support and variable refresh rate (VRR).
All models are characterized by a design where the absence of edges on the 3 sides emerges.
In addition, the new gaming monitors are equipped with Low Blue Light mode, Flicker-Free technology, HDMI 2.0 sockets and DisplayPort 1.2.
The top-of-the-range models, namely the ZU 24G2ZU and C27G2ZU models, also feature support that offers multiple adjustment options, including height, built-in 2x2W speakers and a 4-port USB 3.2 hub for all those who need a complete package.
The C27G2ZU model will be available from May 2020 at the recommended price of (339 euros) and the C27G2ZE will be available from June 2020 at the price of (319 euros.)
The 24G2ZE, 24G2ZU and C32G2ZE models will be available from July 2020 at the recommended price (respectively) of (309, 329 and 379 euros).
