IdealCiruit: Analog Electronic Circuit Simulator
IdealCiruit is an analogue circuit simulator that works with truly ideal components. It uses exactly the same unique and powerful algorithm as the NL5 circuit simulator.
However, it’s simplified the maximum amount as possible with a really simple and intuitive interface, fewer components and models, without fancy and powerful features that are useful for specialized applications only.
What is the “ideal” element? The best example is an ideal switch, with zero resistance when closed, infinite resistance when open and momentary switching.
Another example: an ideal passageway with similar properties. All other components may not be as “ideal” as switches and diodes, but they are also simplified to provide just the basic functionality required for this type of component.
Why Use Ideal Accessories? With ideal components, engineers can evaluate a general design idea and prove their design feasibility very quickly, leaving the detailed analysis of the basic tools.
