Do You Have an Approved Application? Here is the new training date for enumerators and supervisors

The National Population Commission has fixed a new date for the LGA Level Training of NPC Adhoc Staff Enumerators and Supervisors.

According to the NPC, the new training date for enumerators and supervisors attending ad hoc staff training is from March 15th, 2023, to March 21st, 2023, (7 days), across the 774 LGAs of the Federation.

This is contained in the revised 2023 Census Work Plan recently released by the Commission.

Outlining the new schedule of activities in the Revised 2023 Census Work Plan, the NPC stated that refereeing (virtual training) for state-level facilitators and specialised workforce would commence on March 6th, 2023, and end on March 12th, 2023. 

The NPC further stated that in preparation for the NPC Adhoc Staff Enumerators and Supervisors LGA Level Training, the LGA Level Trainers would have to travel down to various LGA Level Training Centers between March 13 and 14, 2023.

The Commission noted that as a pre-activity before the LGA Level Training and Person Enumeration, the assessment of training centres for the 2023 Post-Enumeration Survey (PES) would be conducted between March 13 and 20, 2023.The Commission noted that, as a pre-activity before the LGA Level Training and Person Enumeration, the assessment of training centres for the 2023 Post-Enumeration Survey (PES) would be conducted between March 13 and 20, 2023. 

The LGA Level Training for Enumerators and Supervisors will feature a Training on Building Numbering and Household Listing, which will be conducted between March 15 and March 21, 2023, while profiling of enumerators and supervisors for the Main Census will be conducted within the same period.

Also, LGA Level Training on Person’s Enumeration will be conducted from April 26–30, 2023, while Census Night is on May 2, 2023.
