Eligibilities
- Citizens (or those who hold refugee status) in a Commonwealth country
- Application for a QECS award must be in a low and middle-income country other than their home country/country of citizenship.
- No upper age limit
- Must have obtained his/her undergraduate degree
- A masters course should not be longer than two years
