Next Step Learning: Bridging Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics Education (STEM) with CleanTech – Apply Now

We are pleased to invite you to participate at the 5th edition of the EdTech Summit and Awards with the theme “Next Step Learning: Bridging Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics Education (STEM) with CleanTech”. The summit is scheduled to hold on Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th September2023 at the Baze University, Abuja.

Clean technology is a rapidly growing sector in the world and Edtech summit 2023 focuses on the development of innovative educational programs and initiatives that will help to prepare the next generation of cleantech professionals. Bridging STEM education with cleantech in Nigeria can be achieved through a variety of initiatives. One way to do this is to create a network of cleantech experts and educators who can work together to develop and implement cleantech-focused STEM education programs. This could include developing curricula that focus on the application of cleantech principles and technologies, providing hands-on training and mentorship opportunities, and creating opportunities for students to engage in research and development projects.

Cleantech education focuses on teaching students about the principles of clean technology and how to use it to create a more sustainable future. This type of education typically includes topics such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, green building, water conservation, waste management, and sustainable agriculture. It also covers topics such as climate change, environmental justice, and the social and economic impacts of clean technology.

Be a part of this year’s Edtech Summit as we reflect on successes and challenges in STEM teaching and learning as well as an opportunity to exchange ideas on the best ways to advance STEM education in Nigeria and Africa at large.
